As we cultivate and design a menu specifically catered for our New London location, here are a few Water Street Waffle Company favorites that we can’t wait to share with Connecticut.

Shrimp and Grits image

Shrimp and Grits

Cheese grit smothered with andouille sausage and shrimp gravy, topped with fresh cut green onions. Served with a jalapeño cornbread waffle.


Monte Cristo image

Monte Cristo

A liege waffle sliced in half, then sandwiched with our house made red pepper jelly spread, bacon slices, shaved black forest ham, shaved smoked turkey, muenster cheese, and provolone cheese.


Drunken Master image

Drunken Master

A pile of our seasoned house potatoes with sautéed bell peppers, onions, and jalapeños, bacon, pork sausage, and chicken sausage. Topped with white Vermont cheese, pepper jack cheese, our house made bourbon maple syrup, and two eggs fried or scrambled.

A cheddar bacon waffle topped with house potatoes, black beans, two eggs fried or scrambled, our house made green chili, cheddar cheese and green onions. Served with a side of sour cream and fresh sliced jalapeños.
